I’m a former broadcast journalist turned marketing and communications professional, combining a passion for storytelling with a strategic, data-driven mindset. Currently, I serve as a Digital Manager for Employee Communications at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where I lead the design and growth of the organization’s internal employee app, develop engaging content, monitor performance metrics, and drive adoption through thoughtful communication strategies.

With a strong foundation in communications and project management, I excel at translating complex information into clear, compelling narratives, often under tight deadlines. I also recently earned my MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, along with a Digital Marketing certification, further strengthening my ability to create impactful initiatives through research, creativity, and precision.
